Spectacular is a good way to describe this show!!!  It was truly an amazing event that will keep the kids (and adults!) entertained from start to finish!

The story was kept true to the movie, highlighting the friendship formed between Hiccup, the Viking boy, and the dragon he calls Toothless.  The actors in the show were talented acrobats and were involved in many stunts both on the ground and in the air.

The use of a huge screen as the backdrop allowed the audience to feel as though they were moving through time and space and helped to transform the coliseum to a mythical place where dragons live.  The animatronics involved was unbelieveable.  My daughter and her friend kept asking me if the dragons were real.  I could see why they thought so, they move and blink with ease and truly act like living, breathing animals.

I thought this was a wonderful show and from the reaction of the audience others think so as well.  It is not to late to see the show at Nassau Coliseum, it is here until August 4th, and use coupon code MOM on Ticketmaster for a 25% discount on select shows.  Buy your tickets now!
