Luxury at its Best in Venice-Hotel Principe

Walking the streets of Venice, Italy is unlike any other experience I have ever had.  It is like a movie set, with the amazing cathedrals, small alleys, beautiful shops, lively squares and of course the canal running through middle with gondolas and boats aplenty.  We stayed in Venice at the Hotel Principe in the Cannaregio district, about a 15 minute walk from St. Marks Square.  The hotel offers all the elegance and formality of the more famous hotels in the St Marks area, including a private dock and views of the Grand Canal.  We were concerned that the distance from St. Marks might be a problem, but found that we loved the area, and had no trouble walking or traveling by water taxi conveniently from the back of the hotel.  This hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for elegance at a reasonable price in one of Europe’s most amazing cities.

Halloween Pop! #Popchips

Halloween conjures up images of gobblins and skeletons and of course…..candy!  We all know that too much candy is no good for our kids so this Halloween let’s give the Trick-or-Treaters a delicious, healthy snack!  Pop Chips has come out with some new delicous flavors that kids (as well as parents) will love.

1st Day of 1st Grade!!!

How did my baby get so big!!  I can’t believe she is starting 1st grade.  I am excited for her, it will be a great year.  It is just hard to let go of summer and embrace the fall!  She is all ready to go, and looking cute too:)

C Wonder~My new favorite!!

Have you been to C Wonder?  It is a great store that recently opened in the mall near me.  They have a great selection of bags, jewelry clothes and shoes. Prices are pretty reasonable compared to other designer stores and the items are super cute!  I could seriously buy just about anything in there…Love, Love, Love!
